Produced for the Hungarian government and directed by the lighting designer Gert Hof. The celebrations for the thousandth anniversary of Hungary represented the greatest lighting installation ever held along the banks of the Danube. The focal point of the show was the Hungarian Parliament, and the bridges over the river were illuminated by hundreds of IREOS luminaires. More than 2,000,000 spectators and a television audience of 8,000,000.
